In a world defined by uncertainty and rapid change it’s become increasingly hard to get everyone on the same page. This workshop uses customised stories of the future to build understanding and shape a shared direction for leaders, staff and stakeholders
‘All Your Possible Futures’ starts with you selecting from a suite of 10 year future scenarios you’d like to explore with your audience. Covering topics such as AI agents, work from anywhere, quantum computing, corporate responsibility, stakeholder activism and cybersecurity these short, vivid and memorable stories of the future have all been crafted to encourage your audiences critical thinking.
After choosing your scenario, we then work together to design a facilitated session that will enable the conversations, uncover the motivations and determine the actions that will move your organisation forward.
More than just a keynote to inspire, or a workshop to teach, this interactive and immersive experience will enable understanding and shape decisions long after the session is over.

why this workshop?
All Your Possible Futures was developed for clients who want to tap into the power of future scenarios but aren’t in a position to invest the time or resources required to develop a set of fully custom scenarios. Instead these ‘off the shelf’ scenarios have been crafted in collaboration with an experienced business storyteller to explore some of the most common ‘critical uncertainties’ that organisations are facing.
Through the power of story these scenarios overcome many of the challenges organisations face when discussing significant change. First, the use of narrative makes it easier for non-experts to engage and explore what might otherwise be complex and challenging topics. Second, setting these scenarios in the future removes much of the conflict and perception of threat that might otherwise hold people back.
Whether it be for a board, leadership team, department or industry groups, All Your Possible Futures provides a facilitated and engaging approach to exploring some of the most important shifts organisations will be required to navigate.
