As a Non-Executive Director of a growing not-for-profit Simon is acutely aware of the needs of boards and leadership teams. With expanding governance requirements, growing operational complexity and increasing uncertainty, many leaders are struggling to maintain a strategic focus. Simon offers engaging and effective approaches to improve governance, improve strategic awareness and build collective decision making skills. 

The types of engagements Simon is sought out for include developing future scenarios to help shape an organisations long term strategy, facilitated strategic risk workshops and training in strategic foresight and decision making techniques.

Like most types of advisory, working with Simon can benefit from longer term engagements where greater trust, insight and intimacy develop. Simon offer’s a ‘Futurist in Residence‘ program to a select number of clients and supports them over 12 month + time frames.

Simon is also a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and is open to exploring non-executive director roles with aligned organisations.
